Here is an example of how our cabinets are constructed.
All the components are precisely cut, drilled, and grooved
using the computer controlled router. PVC, HPL, or natural
wood edgebanding material is applied to the exposed cuts using
the edgebander machine. The components are now ready to be assembled (see image #1).
Carpenter's glue is applied to all the joints and the components
are fitted together. Picture #2 shows how precise the components
fit together. As you can see, the tight joint was able to hold the
vertical component slipped in the groove at an angle without tipping over.
After the case is fully assembled, door hinges, drawer slides, and
drawer fronts are attached using the pre-drilled holes (#4).
The final product is extremely precise and square with no gap between
joints. The end result is a rigid constructed box (#5).
